Public Participation

How to Participate

Stakeholders are encouraged to participate through the following steps.

All submissions received during the consultation period will be reviewed and considered in accordance with the Privatization Act and other applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

We encourage all interested stakeholders – including citizens, investors, employees, professional bodies, civil society organizations, county governments, development partners, and the private sector – to participate in these consultations and help shape Kenya’s privatization agenda.
